Financial Performance Information

We offer three auxiliary reports that will help you with your tax return:
– Tax Report: generated in the month following receipt of the dividend credit.
– Capital Gains report: generated on the subsequent month to the sale of an asset.
– Annual report: generated on the annual declaration period, with the client’s positions and balances on 12/31.
Besides access to the auxiliary information present on the reports, should the sum of all sales exceed R$ 35.000 and return profit during the month, we will generate the DARF directly onto your account. To visualize it, access: Reports > Tax Report > Capital Gains > “DARF”.
Currently, customers who have transferred custody and made a deposit directly in dollars will only have access to the auxiliary income report.

The presented guidelines for monthly filling of income and earnings earned abroad are only intended to assist in the fulfillment of your fiscal obligations, more specifically in the payment of Income Tax relating to income and earnings obtained abroad with financial assets operated through Avenue’s system. Our auxiliary reports do no replace or remove the investor’s responsibility to verify the information and amounts presented, as well as to obtain guidance from their lawyer and/or trusted accountant for the correct declaration of operations to the Brazilian Federal Revenue Office and payment of Income Tax.

Investment Account Extract

You can check all dollar transactions made on your account such as: completed exchange; purchase/sale of assets; credit of dividents; among others.
Available in Reports -> Brokerage Account Statement

Notifications

Follow your account’s activity through the bell icon located to the left of the “Hello, your e-mail” tab on the platform.
You will receive a notification each time there is activity on your account, such as: depoists, order submissions, exchanges, credit of dividends, withdrawals, and so on.
You can see all notifications by clicking on “SEE ALL”, and also to mark them as read.

Currency Exchange transactions report

Keep track of your completed exchange operations and verify the status of each one of them:
Real to Dollar exchange:
Immediate: Immediate conversion, available from 9:00 am to 3:25 pm;
Standard: Conversion is processed in the following business day, available on the platform until 6:00 pm.
Dollar to Real exchange:
Immediate: unavailable;
Standard: Conversion is processed in the following business day, available on the platform until 4:00 pm.
To visualize the information about your request, access: REPORTS -> CURRENCY EXCHANGE TRANSACTIONS REPORT.

Statement of Avenue Meios de Pagamento

In this statement, you can verify the transations in reais, such as: deposit, withdrawal and currency exchange.

Extract on Clearing account

The “Account Statement” is the monthly statement of your account, generated up until the fifth business day of the following month. In this report, a complete summary of information about your account is shown, such as: balance, transactions and positions on each asset.

Orders Confirmations Report

List of the brokerage fees with all the order information.

Here you can download the confirmation of all transactions executed, including details such as the day of execution and settlement, price, and other information.

Orders Report

On desktop, check your orders through Investment -> Orders.
On the app, check your orders through Menu -> My Orders.
As soon as an order is submitted, it is also possible to check the order status in the Notifications tab (bell icon).

Brokerage Account Statement

This report contains all trades and movement in dollars made in the account, including dividend payments.

Please note that you will also receive official statements for your account on a monthly basis. If there is no activity in the account, statements will be sent quarterly. You can retrieve your official statements by going to REPORTS > CLEARING ACCOUNT STATEMENT.
